Top Five Movies on Netflix to Watch
Every month Netflix updates their Top five to ten picks on Netflix. Sometimes it can constantly change every week, depending on how well a movie or show is doing. If you are movie junkie like me, I am going to give you the top five movies to watch on Netflix right now. Some might be on their top 10 list, but not all.
Just Go With It
If you are a Rom-Com fan, this should be on your list! It stars Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston, Nicole Kidman, and more. It is a must watch for a good laugh and family time. It is based on a plastic surgeon who fakes having a family and ex-wife to get with the girl of his dreams.
The Other Guys
If you are looking for a comedy and action film, this one will do. It stars Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg, Samuel L. Jackson, Eva Mendes, and more. Let’s be honest, when has a film that stars Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell ever turn out bad. It is based on two New York City detectives (Ferrell and Wahlberg), who have been partnered together to solve a crime. Things do not go as expected. This is more of an adult film, so I would not recommend watching this with children around.
The Dark Knight
The Dark Night has recently been added to Netflix due to the new Batman movie releasing a few weeks ago. This Batman movie was probably one of the classics. It stars Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, Gary Oldman, and more. Batman (Bale), is on a mission to save the people of Gotham from the menace, also known as the Joker (Ledger).
The Ugly Truth
This is another classic Rom-Com that is has you laughing and crying all at once. It stars Katherine Heigl, Gerard Butler, and more. It is based on a news producer who is having trouble finding love. A TV show correspondent (Butler) starts to get to know the TV producer and makes her become less uptight and to just enjoy dating. However, there is an unexpected turn at the end.
Someone Great
This is another fairly new Rom-Com that every girl can relate to. It stars Gina Rodriguez, Brittany Snow, DeWanda Wise, and more. It is about a woman who is trying to understand her break-up from her longtime boyfriend. In this film, she goes through all the emotions and stages of a breakup. If you are going through this type of storm right now, I recommend this film. It is a perfect girls night in film to watch.
